I believe great design leadership is less about having all the answers and more about creating the conditions for people to do their best work. I lead with curiosity, honesty, and trust giving designers room to own their work while being there when they need direction or support. I’m comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity, and bringing people together around complex problems. And through it all, I try not to take myself too seriously, even when I take the work seriously.
